Is managed support a fixed monthly cost?
Typically yes — most clients prefer a predictable monthly retainer sized to their needs, with the scope and hours agreed up front. We can also work on a per-project basis.
What response times do you offer?
Response times are agreed in your SLA based on severity. Urgent production issues are prioritised; routine enhancements run against a shared backlog.
